He was down, but you can never count Killer Croc out, and now he's making a move. He's setting himself up as the big cheese in No Man's Land, unless Robin can stop him.

Tired of being banished and chased to the sewers by villains and heroes alike, Killer Croc decides to strike back and claim his title as King of Gotham. First, he makes a move against The Penguins turf with his eye set on GCPD turf next. Robin jumps into action but is taken captive by Croc.
